Leather offcuts produced as parts of mass prodction. Fabric samples designed for temporary use. These materials were not finished, just ignored. The Last Good Pair reassembles them into a simple Loafer, giving them one last cycle of life. Symbol of reusage, where value was always supposed to live.

Sustainable Material Strategy: Selection and sourcing of eco-friendly leather and biodegradable components for high-quality loafers. Ergonomic Last Development: Physical or 3D modeling of the shoe "last" to ensure optimal fit and a timeless silhouette. Lifecycle Design Analysis: A roadmap for the shoe's end-of-life, focusing on repairability and material recovery. Visual Brand Narrative: A cohesive set of product renders and descriptions that position the shoe as a premium, sustainable alternative.
